We assemble house kits and build frame houses — from a warm shell to full move-in readiness. We manage the project end-to-end: define the scope, lock milestones, and deliver a clear result without extra contractor coordination on your side.
Our responsibility is the technology and detailing: frame geometry, fastening, vapour/wind membranes, void-free insulation, and junctions without thermal bridges. No on-site “shortcuts” — only solutions that perform in real use.
Options: house kit (assembly of your kit), shell (warm envelope per design/reference), turnkey (MEP, finishes, and fit-out per the agreed scenario).
We assemble and install the house kit according to the manufacturer’s documentation or your specification. We follow assembly drawings and detailing — no on-site “make-it-fit”. Suitable for timber, steel frame, SIP and sandwich panels when the kit scope is clearly defined.
What we need from you: design/spec, delivery completeness, installation plan and tolerances.
What affects the duration: area / number of elements and joints / kit readiness for dispatch / logistics and site access.
We build the load-bearing structure and close the warm envelope per the design: walls, floors, roof structure and roofing. If required, we prepare window/door openings per the agreed schedule. The output is a closed shell ready for MEP and further works.
Materials: we can supply them or work with your deliveries according to an agreed list.
What affects the duration: architecture and roof type / complexity of details and junctions / number of storeys / site conditions and access.
We coordinate design and installation of MEP systems under a single responsible lead: ventilation, electrical, heating, and low-current systems. Routes are agreed upfront to avoid clashes with structure and finishes, and all decisions are documented.
Result: systems with clear service logic and predictable operation.
What affects the duration: system scope / equipment and automation / route lengths / project stage (shell / rough-in / finishing).
We manage the full cycle per the agreed scenario: shell, MEP, finishes and fit-out to move-in readiness. We coordinate contractors and deliveries, align stages, and hand over the home according to the final specification.
Options: furniture and household items — optional and agreed separately.
What affects the duration: finishing scope / MEP level / fit-out and lead times / number of custom-made decisions.
Timelines are indicative and depend on the design, specification and material readiness. Final dates are fixed in the contract after alignment.
01
INPUTS & WORK PLAN
We collect inputs: site, goals, budget, timeline and work format. We prepare the estimate, lock the scope and milestones, and sign the contract. We work from your design or develop one from scratch based on a reference.
02
CONSTRUCTION WORKS
We organise materials and mobilise on site. Assembly follows the technology with control of geometry and critical details. Each stage is accepted using a checklist.
03
HANDOVER
We hand over stage by stage and document the results. We address comments and deliver the property in the agreed specification. The outcome is predictable — without rework.

Stage 2
Stage 3
Quality control in photos
We document quality in photos: details, layers, junctions, and fasteners. This is not “pretty shots” — it’s working evidence of what impacts performance: airtightness, insulation, correct assembly and compliance with the technology.
Reports are kept in Google Drive — each project has its own folder with client access. Inside: stage structure and daily date-based subfolders to quickly find any day, check progress and key details without calls or back-and-forth messages.
Photo series and short notes simplify approvals and stage acceptance, reduce the risk of disputes, and provide transparency for your team, supervision and partners. You see what you pay for at each stage — and make decisions based on facts, not “from the site’s word”.
Numbers
Months of workmanship warranty for installation. Terms are defined in the contract and linked to acceptance milestones.
24
Client access to the project folder. Reduces dispute risks: everything is documented.
24/7
Years of experience in architecture and construction. We build with a deep understanding of materials and details — no random decisions.
20+
Unified reporting across all sites. One folder structure and naming convention so everything is easy to find.
Architect with a construction background and extensive hands-on experience. Responsible for design and on-site quality control: materials, methods and details—prioritising clear solutions that perform in use and don’t require rework.
Prepares and verifies cost estimates and oversees audits of building services (MEP) on site. Experienced in reviewing design decisions and optimising costs without compromising quality.

FAQ for private clients
We work from an existing design or develop a design from a reference, adapting it to the plot, budget and selected technology.
No. We specialise in assembling and installing house kits and delivering the shell / turnkey build. Kits are supplied by manufacturers and vendors; we are responsible for installation quality.
Timber frame, steel frame, SIP and sandwich panels. The key is a clear specification and detailing that allows assembly according to the system requirements.
The scope depends on the specification, but typically includes the load-bearing structure, floors, roof structure/roofing, and closing the thermal envelope. We detail it in the estimate.
Shell + MEP systems + finishes to move-in readiness. Optionally, we can add furniture and household items as a separate scope.
Either you or we do—based on an agreed list. Materials must match the design and the system requirements.
We use stage-by-stage checklists. We verify geometry, fasteners, membranes, insulation, junctions and work sequence.
Yes. Each project has a private Google Drive folder: documents, specifications and staged photo/video reports.
It depends on the design and specification. We confirm timelines after initial inputs and then fix them in the contract by milestones.
Yes. We lock the scope, milestones, cost and acceptance procedure. This reduces the risk of “surprises” during construction.
Yes, but it depends on the technology, logistics and site conditions. We confirm after inputs and, if needed, a site check.
A design (if available) or a reference, approximate area, site/location, desired scope (kit/shell/turnkey) and target timeline.
By arrangement (depends on the plot and technology).
Warranty terms are defined in the contract.
Yes—by milestones, as per the estimate.
FAQ for partners & B2B
Yes. We can operate as a partner’s installation team—working to your documentation, standards and procedures.
Timber frame, LSTK / light-gauge steel frame, SIP and sandwich panels — depending on the partner’s system and the technical brief.
We work with checklists and a detailing standard. We document critical stages with photo reports and stage acceptance — to keep consistent quality across all sites.
We work across Europe, provided logistics are clear and the schedule is agreed.
By milestones: concealed works and critical junctions are accepted before closing the assemblies. Final results are documented with acceptance acts and photo reports.
A documentation package: assembly drawings, specification, details, tolerances, manufacturer requirements. Plus the delivery schedule and a responsible contact person.
We document it (photo/video), agree a solution with the partner, and proceed only with an approved option. No unauthorised “on-site fixes”.
By arrangement. Our core focus is assembly and technology-based quality control, but we can extend the scope to match the brief.
As agreed: either directly or via the partner’s manager. We lock the communication model before start to avoid misunderstandings and delays.
Yes. Under a separate contract/options: MEP, finishes and fit-out — depending on the project and the selected scope.
Fill in the form, and we will clarify the inputs and prepare an estimate for your project or reference.
